Davidovich and Associates’s Open House Party

Davidovich and Associates’s Open House Party

We are finally here! Thank you all for participating in our Open House Party! The food was amazing (provided by Wolfgang Pack’s Chinois on Main), the spirits were flowing and everybody was festive and happy!
For those of you who couldn’t make it, the door is always open. Just give me a call and I will be happy to give you a tour. Meanwhile, please enjoy a couple of photographs taken by Vladimir Davidovich, our President. Did you know that our office provides Professional Architectural Photography services as well? What is even better that these services are absolutely free as long as we are the MEP engineers for the project. How’s that for a marketing tool?

This is our reception area. Colorful, bright, sophisticated and artistic!  Davidovich & Associates has performed Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Architectural Lighting, Low Voltage, Life Safety and Security Engineering Services for this 6,000 square feet space located at 6160 Bristol Parkway, Suite 300. This building is owned and managed by The Swig Company.

Our offices have been designed by Mr. Joe Badawi from Shlemmer + Algaze + Associates and executed and constructed by Alex Kashanpour, A.I.A, of AUD Construction. Davidovich & Associates has also provided general project management services performed by Mr. Burt Dela Cruz, our Director of Operations, and Mr. Vuk Cvetkovic, Project Engineer.

This is Ms. Susannah Yasa. She will answer your phone call and will greet you at the front desk. Susannah is also responsible for the office discipline, engineering efficiency, and serves as a Marketing Liaison.

The picture behind her is Los Angeles Union Station. Davidovich & Associates has recently designed a brand new HVAC system for this historic facility, the first one in 76 years. This picture, taken by Vladimir Davidovich, indicates that we are always “on the go”.

Here is a front look at our reception desk with Susannah and me, Naomi Galvan. I am the Director of Business Development and my job is to
make you happy!

On my left is a fragment of a Masonic Temple (52,000 square feet, 9 story historic building) renovation in Glendale where
Davidovich & Associates provided MEP and Life Safety engineering services for Caruso Affiliated. The architect was Gensler, the tenant is CBRE, and the construction was performed by O’Neil Construction.

This is Susannah, Leila Khonsari, our Director of Lighting Design, and me again. Leila provided lighting design for our offices and we are thrilled with the results.

This is the overview of our offices. It is bright and spacious and a pleasure to come here everyday.

Here is our hidden treasure; a 600 square feet exclusively for Davidovich & Associates, patio for lunches, meetings or just having a nice outside break. We love it! Who wouldn’t!

You can get to the patio through our contemporary designed kitchen.

Our second conference room for smaller meetings and training sessions. We call it a Jam Room!

Have a look at our main conference room. Very spacious, well lit, and equipped with the latest presentation devices.

Here is another amazing shot taken by Vladimir that we proudly display in our office. This is Harry Porter ride in Universal Studio Hollywood that we have recently designed with Corsini and Stark Architects.

Here is the crew (not all of us, of course)! The most knowledgeable, friendliest and the happiest group of people you can ever find in engineering business!

This is Vladimir’s office where a lot of decisions are made. I hope you have gotten a good idea where we are.
Please, visit us at any time. I will be happy to host you!
Best regards,
Naomi Galvan
Director Of Business Development
