The full scope of engineering services including Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler. On the Playa Vista projects we complied with Title 24 design and exceeded it by 28%.

- Site B: (160) affordable housing units in three buildings (4–story, 5–story & 6–story) with a total of 209,000 s.f.
- Site C: (99) condominium units in a 9-story high-rise building with a total of 125,000 s.f. plus retail space and a parking structure.
