- Site A: (66) condominium units in two five story buildings with a total of 110,000 s.f. & retail space.
- Site B: (160) affordable housing units in three buildings (4–story, 5–story & 6–story) with a total of 209,000 s.f.
- Site C: (99) condominium units in a 9-story high-rise building with a total of 125,000 s.f. plus retail space and a parking structure.
Playa Vista Condominiums and Apartments, Los Angeles, CA
D&A contracted directly with Playa Vista and the Developers: Shea Homes, Standard Pacific, Warmington Homes and John Laing Homes. The full scope of engineering services including Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler. On the Playa Vista projects we complied with Title 24 design and exceeded it by 28%.
3. Lennar - Seaport Marina, Long Beach, CA
An integrated 3 block mixed-use community with up to 167,000 s/f of retail (shell and core) and up to 425 living units, approximately 18 different unit types. The project features:
- Block 1 – Two to three story residential over street level retail plus two story retail
- Block 2 – Two story residential over street level retail
- Block 3 – Retail and commercial facing Pacific Coast Highway plus two story residential
- Parking – Two levels of below grade parking under block 1, 2 & 3

The mid–rise 300 unit condominium project includes:
- First Floor – Retail, Offices, Storage and Parking
