The project consisted of the design of the landlord work for the Westside Pavilion Mall Enhancements project, 10800-10900 W. Pico Blvd., Los Angeles, CA (approximately 97,812 s.f.). The work included the following:
Core & shell and tenant improvement. The Center includes 80,000 s/f of parking, a 22,000 s/f two-Story Retail/Office Building and a four-story 140,000 s/f Office Building on top of parking.
City Place West, Santa Ana, CA
The mixed-use project features 5 commercial buildings, 57,700 s/f with 3 restaurants, market, theaters and retail. The residential component has 242 units in 25 buildings and includes townhomes and lofts.
Synergetics, Afulah, Israel
Solar Powered Air Conditioning Units facility, manufacturing and retail, 130,000 square feet.

The project consisted of the design of the landlord work for the Westside Pavilion Mall Enhancements project, 10800-10900 W. Pico Blvd., Los Angeles, CA (approximately 97,812 s.f.). The work included the following:
- Ground Level – reconfigure the Landlord mall area including (2) new stairs, new elevator, new mall lobby, new opening in floor, new escalator / stairs, reconfigure existing tenant lease area shell and relocate an elevator.
- Second Level – reconfigure the Landlord mall area including (2) new stairs, new elevator, new mall lobby, new opening in floor and new escalator / stairs.
- Third Level – reconfigure the Landlord mall area including a new elevator, new escalator / stairs and reconfigure existing tenant lease area shell and mall common area lobby.
- Roof Plan (Lower) – new roof deck, new tenant space shell area, new skylight and new building sign.
