This composite reflected ceiling plan is a proven method of minimizing confusion, mistakes, and conflicts between different trades during construction.
Our drawings provide a composite vertical section of available ceiling space that will show, on the same drawing, diagrammatic locations of major HVAc ducts, electrical conduits, major sprinkler piping, communication cables, and pluming piping. Through proper allocation of available ceiling space and eliminating the infamous “first-come-first-serve” system, we look to minimize, or even eliminate, any potential change orders.
