The Citrus Tower Corporate Plaza located in downtown Riverside, is the newest professional office in the city’s historic core. The 6 story, 135,000 square foot domed structure sits above a 4-level, secured subterranean parking garage. Construction began on the $37.2 million dollar project in 2011. The Class A office tower, located on the corner of University Avenue and Lime Street is within walking distance to the Riverside Civic Center, Convention Center, County Administrative Center, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Superior Court of California, Federal and Appellate Courts, state and federal agencies and Riverside Community Hospital.

Regional Properties’ vision was to “create a memorable architectural statement that is a friendly neighbor to the community with ‘traditional’ quality architecture to which no one would be indifferent,” as explained by Herb Nadel, principal at Nadel Architects. The distinctive rounded tower on the corner, which extends past the roofline, is the building’s most dramatic feature.

 The newly constructed tower is marketed toward upscale office users seeking high-quality and amenitized office space.  Tenants take advantage of the prime location, visibility and proximity to the downtown and central business district. The nearly one acre redevelopment site sits on a key corridor into downtown and is bounded by the CA-60/CA-91/I-215 freeway interchange and onramp.Prominent Inland Southern California law firm Best Best & Krieger, LLP who occupy 25% of the building are among major tenants. The project team included Klorman Construction, McCormick Construction Co., Seneca Structural Engineering and BP Consulting Engineers.
