- Site B: (160) affordable housing units in three buildings (4-story, 5-story & 6-story) with a total of 209,000 s.f.
- Site C: (99) condominium units in a 9-story high-rise building with a total of 125,000 s.f. plus retail space and a parking structure.
7060 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA
Adaptive reuse of an existing high rise office building conversion into 180 new residential condominium units with retail/club use at the ground and second floors and new space above the club. The building is 12-stories with 2 levels of subterranean parking structure. The tower is located on the east side of the 2-story low-rise. The building is approximately 275,000 s/f. The ground floor features a 100-150 seat 3,500 s/f theater and 18,788 s/f of retail.
8th & Grand, Los Angeles, CA
Fifteen (15) Story, 426 units, 500,000 s/f residential tower with ground level retail. Two levels of below grade and three levels of above grade parking.
1111 Wilshire, Los Angeles, CA
Mixed-use project features fifty-two (52) stories plus penthouse and two subterranean parking levels. There are 155 condominiums, 265 apartments and 140 hotel rooms. Also included are offices, a business center, meeting rooms, lounge / billiards & screening room, fitness center, laundry, pool, retail and restaurants

Lennar – Seaport Marina, Long Beach, CA
An integrated 3 block mixed-use community with up to 167,000 s/f of retail (shell and core) and up to 425 living units, approximately 18 different unit types. The project features:
- Block 1 – Two to three story residential over street level retail plus two story retail
- Block 2 – Two story residential over street level retail
- Block 3 – Retail and commercial facing Pacific Coast Highway plus two story residential
- Parking – Two levels of below grade parking under block 1, 2 & 3
Lennar – Tennessee Avenue Lofts, Los Angeles, CA
A new live work loft community, three-stories with one level of subterranean parking (190 parking spaces). A total of 84 units ranging from 985 s/f. to 2,350 s/f, single story and two story (approximately 121,945 s/f).
Lennar Loop Road Lofts @ Central Park, Irvine, CA
Full MEP and Fire Alarm design, the project consists of two 2 buildings, 4-stories each with 2-levels of subterranean parking, approximately 693,369 s/f. There are a total of 342 living units, one and two bedrooms / with or without den that range in size from 700 s/f to 1,130 s/f.
Lennar – CPW Brownstone Lofts, Irvine, CA
Full MEP design of the Loop Road Lofts @ Central Park Town homes, ten (10) buildings, three (3) stories each with 4 different floor plans. The 116 living units range between 1,455 s/f to1,785 s/f and feature 1 bedroom / 1 ½ bath; 2 bedroom / two bath; two bedroom / three bath; and 3 bedroom /3bath .
Playa Vista Condominiums and Apartments, Los Angeles, California
D&A contracted directly with Playa Vista and the Developers: Shea Homes, Standard Pacific, Warmington Homes and John Laing Homes. The full scope of engineering services including Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler. On the Playa Vista projects we complied with Title 24 design and exceeded it by 28%.

Residential Tower includes 500 units over 2 levels of below-grade and 5 levels above grade parking. Three levels of retail, 450,000 s/f

Design of the electrical system. The three building complex has 245 independent living, 32 assisted living, and 21 skilled nursing units.
